Join us to impact data center efficiency and sustainability! We are seeking a Senior Data Center System Architect to develop and maintain cooling solutions for data centers.

This role can be remote for the right candidate, ideally based in the eastern or central US time zones, with options to work from our Baltimore office.

Job Responsibilities

1. Thermal Load System Architecture: Understand and design thermal load systems for air and liquid cooling; select and calculate components.
2. System Illustration: Provide detailed drawings and illustrations for customer understanding.
3. Customer Liaison: Act as the link between customers and product lines, understanding needs and providing solutions.
4. Innovation and IP Protection: Convert solutions into patents, collaborating with IP department to protect innovations.

Background & Skills

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in system architecture, especially in data center thermal management, with experience in hydronic systems. A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s preferred. At least five years of relevant experience is needed, along with skills in system design, problem-solving, communication, and IP management. The salary range is $120,000 to $150,000.
