Job Responsibilities

1. Thermal Load System Architecture: Design and understand thermal systems for air and liquid cooling, selecting and calculating components.
2. System Illustration: Create detailed drawings and visuals for customer understanding.
3. Customer Liaison: Act as the bridge between customer needs and product solutions.
4. Innovation and IP Protection: Develop patentable solutions, collaborate on IP protection.

Background & Skills

Ideal candidates have a strong background in system architecture, especially in hydronics, with experience in data center thermal management or related fields. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with a master's preferred. At least five years of relevant experience and proficiency in system design, problem-solving, communication, and innovation are essential. Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000.
