Qualifications

  • Expert-level SQL with experience in data mining and cloud warehouses (Redshift/BigQuery).
  • Experience building dashboards and reports with Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience with identity resolution, audience analytics or audience measurement.

  • Lead analyses across digital product performance, audience behavior, content performance, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Design and maintain data models, reporting solutions, and dashboards leveraging first- and third-party data.
  • Turn recurring analyses into scalable data products used across the company.
  • Build reports measuring KPI related to identity resolution, audience segmentation, and content optimization.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for technical and exec audiences.
  • Partner with Data, Product, Engineering and other teams as a trusted analytics advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Data Analysis: Develop and execute analyses across digital product performance, audience behavior, content performance, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Build Scalable Data Products: Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, reporting solutions, and dashboards leveraging both first-party and third-party datasets.
  • Turn Ad Hoc Analysis into Products: Identify recurring business requests and transform them into repeatable, scalable data products that can be leveraged across the organization.
  • Audience & Identity Analytics: Build reports and dashboards measuring KPIs related to identity resolution initiatives, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and content optimization.
  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex datasets into clear insights, visualizations, and recommendations for both technical teams and senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Data, Product, Engineering, and other business teams across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience within data analytics, business intelligence, data science, data engineering, or a related data-focused role.
  • Expert-level SQL skills, including extensive experience with data mining and large-scale cloud data warehouses such as Redshift or BigQuery.
  • Advanced experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience developing, implementing, or utilizing identity resolution, audience analytics, or audience measurement solutions.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and compelling stories.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
  • Familiarity with the digital media, publishing, or advertising ecosystem is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to media research and measurement platforms such as Nielsen or Comscore is beneficial.
  • Understanding of CTV, digital advertising, programmatic media, audience targeting, and cross-platform measurement is highly valuable.
