The Solutions Engineer identifies new client revenue opportunities, develops sales strategies, and supports infrastructure to assist sales efforts while delivering results.
Solutions engineers should be technology and solution advisors with experience in security domains such as Security Consulting, Managed Security Services, Incident Response, and Threat Detection. They act as solution consultants capable of discussing the security landscape, architectural models, and presenting credibly to senior client members. They provide subject matter expertise through workshops, pre-sales, consulting engagements, and lead solution design and deployment projects. Knowledge of solution design methodologies and artifact generation is essential.
