What is the opportunity:

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationships within some of our large-scale enterprise and premier customers. You will support the sales teams technically during sales processes, while also proactively helping drive adoption and consumption of Omnissa products and solutions within existing customers. As a trusted advisor, you will help shape and influence their long-term digital workspace strategies.

Here is a breakdown:

  1. Engage regularly with technology decision-makers in your customers, building long-term business relationships, and evangelizing Omnissa solutions.
  2. Enable and manage your existing customers to maximize their value from Omnissa products, ensuring they have access to the correct resources and stay up-to-date with our solutions.
  3. Deliver bespoke technical enablement, product updates, and technology roadmap sessions to new and existing customers as needed.
  4. Track and support your sales opportunities. Collaborate with your Account team to ensure all opportunities are technically validated, including conducting proof of concepts, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
  5. Craft and propose customer solutions that differentiate Omnissa software and services, meeting customer requirements and objectives, and demonstrating our competitive advantages where required.
  6. Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Omnissa products and solutions.
  7. Support the marketing team, assisting with marketing events, including public speaking at industry events and delivering webinar content.
  8. Assist customers with product queries and provide escalation support for support issues.

What will you bring to Omnissa:

  • Fluent English—both written and spoken.
  • Desirable: 3+ years EUC Pre-Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture within customer or partner landscapes.
  • Experience in desktop management (Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS).
  • Experience with mobile platforms including Android, iOS, and iPadOS.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity & Access Management systems.
  • Proactive, capable, excellent communicator with a can-do attitude, passionate about EUC technology.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate products effectively to technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent listening, reasoning, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with configuring and deploying relevant technologies.

Location: United Kingdom.

Location Type: REMOTE

Travel Expectations: Travel up to 80% across Europe and USA for industry and internal events.

Education: Relevant certifications in Digital Workspace technologies are desirable.
