Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Sr. Cyber Operations SME/PM/Engineer/Analyst to support Navy and DoD programs in North Arlington, VA or other government-directed locations.

The role involves planning, coordination with commands, and producing formal acquisition artifacts, test plans, and CONEMP documentation. Candidates should hold a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with RMF, DoD 5000-series processes, and briefing senior

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• DoD cyber, electronic warfare, information operations, SIGINT, or MDMO at Echelon 2+.
• Familiarity with RMF processes and artifacts.
• DoD 5000-series acquisition program management.
• Ability to brief senior leader audiences (General/Flag officer, SES).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate with Navy commands to enable operational force integration.
• Author SOWs, TDLs, TDA, engineering requirements, test plans, ICDs, and CONEMP.
• Coordinate with Naval SYSCOMs, TYPECOMs, and forces CONUS/OCONUS.
• Prepare and present technical inputs to sensitive operational planning elements.
• Review and update security classification guides and related docs.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports.

Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Sr. Cyber Operations SME/PM/Engineer/Analyst to work in North Arlington, VA and/or other locations as directed by the Government.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, manage, advise, and coordinate with OPNAV staff, combatant commands (CCMDs), component commands, and subordinate echelons to enable operational force integration of compartmented experimental material and non-material capabilities.


• Author formal acquisition and transition documents, to include Statements of Work, Technical Direction Letters, Technical Transfer Agreements, formal engineering requirements, system test plans, Interface Control Documents, and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP).


• Coordinate with Naval SYSCOMs, TYPECOMs, and operational forces both CONUS and OCONUS.


• Author, staff and present technical inputs to sensitive operational planning elements.


• Review and recommend changes to security classification guides and related documents.


• Author weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports for a variety of audiences.

Salary:$180,000-220,000

• Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and artifacts


• DoD 5000 series acquisition project / program management


• Ability to create and deliver briefings to senior leader audiences (General/Flag officer, SES)
