Job summary

• All Customer Support II training and related skills (Entry Door, Liability/Warranty, Competitive Pricing, Coaching/Counseling, Problem Solving, F&I Installer Set-Up, Sales Training & I-store training) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a call center to increase business, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and problems with experience and knowledge.
• Perform order entry and invoicing functions under automation system controls.
