Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) in Steubenville to deliver high-level service to customers in person and by phone. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls – reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers; provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Effectively market the company while assisting customers as needed in a safe and courteous manner.
• Understand and communicate rental terms and vehicle features and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment.
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior as needed.
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and processing customer billing.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. We are hiring now for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.

Position details: This is a Full Time position with a starting pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Week 1 – Schedule

• Monday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
• Thursday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm (off on Wednesdays when working on Saturdays)
• Sunday: OFF
