Overview

Enterprise is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Seasonal Sr. Customer Assistance Representative. This position pays $13.89 / hour. It is located at:

1029 W. Main Street Branson, MO 65616

Available schedule: May 1 - July 29, 2025

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Customer Assistance Representative will provide high-quality customer service by assisting internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The role includes administrative support, customer service, and backup rental duties in a large branch or airport location. This position is available as both regular part-time and full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries, and provide information and resolutions to customers, branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
  • Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivables, and other assigned tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
  • Provide directions and general assistance.
  • Assist in assessing rental vehicle condition upon return.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
  • Market the company's services while safely and courteously transporting customers during pickups and drop-offs, and assist as needed.
  • Understand and explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Optional selling of protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment.
  • Report vehicle issues and maintenance needs to management.
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as billing support, account management, report generation, and supply maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (past 5 years).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
