Job summary

Ameritas is seeking a Sr Coordinator, Sales Support & Operations to help deliver support services to the organization’s sales force and drive revenue under limited supervision. The role coordinates data, prepares materials, and communicates with clients and field partners to ensure excellent service and customer retention.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work model, partially in-office in multiple U.S. locations and partially remote.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years of related experience is required.
• Experience or knowledge in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Experience in broker, sales or administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers service functions to support sales teams including timely and accurate preparation of materials, proposals, client data, and other sales information.
• Communicates by phone or written correspondence with potential/current customers or field partners to answer questions, process transactions, and deliver service solutions.
• Coordinates processes to maintain data, respond to inquiries, and deliver solutions to support the sales teams.
• Monitors progress during the entire lifecycle of a case.
• Provides recommendations to resolve procedural or system related problems.
• Maintains a general understanding of various insurance products and their features and limitations.
• Supports new or entry level associates by providing guidance and training and conducting analysis of problems that may arise.

The Sr Coordinator, Sales Support & Operations supports delivery of support services to the organization's sales force to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue under limited supervision. The incumbent maintains positive relationships with internal and external contacts to achieve customer retention by processing support service-related tasks and making product recommendations.
* This is a hybrid role working partially in-office in Lincoln, NE, Sandy, UT, San Antonio, TX, Costa Mesa, CA, Fresno, CA, or Schaumburg, IL and partially from home.

About this Position's Pay

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
