What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive programs
- Lead annual compensation planning and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs

- Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data to develop competitive strategies
- Manage and configure Workday HCM Compensation components and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of compensation administration experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation methodologies and practices
- Expert-level skills in MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in sales compensation or financial analysis
- Experience managing executive compensation, including equity programs and deferred compensation plans
- Familiarity with configuring Workday HCM Compensation components
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into business recommendations
