The Senior HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Commercial HVAC systems.

This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients in the DFW market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service clients in the DFW market
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units
• Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns and providing excellent service
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial HVAC experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using HVAC software
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks

Technical Skills:
