EarthCam is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role manages accounts receivable, reduces past-due balances, and maintains positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident communicating with clients to resolve billing issues while protecting company cash flow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze aging reports and financial data.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the collections process for assigned accounts.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and written communication to follow up on past-due invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements when appropriate.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
• Update customer records and document communications in the CRM/ERP system.
• Generate aging reports and monitor account status.
• Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management as needed.
