Job summary

Medline is seeking a Sr Clinical Solutions Specialist to provide end-user insight for urology process improvements and connect clinical practice with our product portfolio. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to drive value-added programs and clinical outcomes across multiple hospital settings.

The candidate will conduct clinical reviews, engage with professional organizations, and support product implementations in a high-activity environment. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in hospital settings (RN or Surgical Technician).
• 3+ years of clinical experience required.
• Experience with external catheters.
• Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU and/or ED experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze and report data to drive improvements.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Travel up to 75% of time.
• Office and medical facility environment.
• May require non-traditional hours (in-services).

Responsibilities
