Medline Industries, LP in the United States seeks a Sr Clinical Solutions Specialist to translate clinical practice into product and program improvements. The role supports end users across hospital units and partners with sales to deliver value-added programs.

As a senior clinical expert, you will conduct data analyses, lead clinical reviews, and collaborate with customers to optimize utilization and outcomes.

Competenze

• RN with Bachelor's in Nursing or Surgical Technician certification.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience with external catheters; Med-Surg/Telemetry/ICU/ED preferred.

Job Summary

Our Medline Acute Care team serves as the main interface for various segments in the hospital such as OR, Cath Lab, ICU, Labor and Delivery, Emergency Department, Materials Management and C-suite. We have an opening for a Sr Clinical Solutions Specialist. The position would require the ability to provide end user insight to urology process enhancement and improvement opportunities, link clinical practice with products and programs, and build strategic alliances with customers and sales representatives as it relates to executing successful value add programs.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Call on potential and existing clinical customers within assigned territory (independently and in collaboration with Medline salesforce) to expand and retain business.
• Partner with sales force on product conversions and implementations. Assist sales in their territories as needed at the local and national/corporate account level.
• Complete basic discovery assessments and data analysis. Identify problem areas and recommend changes and solutions. Develop customer growth and retention service proposals through consultation and relationship building with key accounts.
• Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical review & observations for improved practice and best practice recommendations. Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste, standardization opportunities and clinical practice adjustments for programs of specialty area.
• Engage in professional organizations; attend national, regional, and local industry events.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree or Surgical Technician Certification

Work Experience

• At least 3+ years of clinical experience
• Experience with external catheters
• Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU and/or ED experience preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively in order to meet deadlines.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Position requires travel (by air/auto) up to 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
• Environment includes office setting and medical facilities.
• Position may require non-traditional work hours during in-services (ex. weekends, multiple work shifts).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
