Role Summary
As a Client Account Manager specializing in full-funnel marketing strategies, you will drive business results for Pinterest’s strategic advertisers by managing and nurturing client relationships across all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention. Your work will help users turn inspiration into action using our partners’ products, contributing to Pinterest's mission and growth.

What You'll Do

  1. Strategic Partnership Building: Engage with key stakeholders across Media and Creative teams to develop strategic partnerships, aligning with their business objectives at all funnel stages.
  2. Campaign Setup and QA: Oversee campaign setup, ensure quality assurance, manage creative assets, and collaborate on data segment integration.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, optimize, and upsell advertising campaigns, ensuring collaboration and data-driven insights.
  4. Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily and provide weekly reports for transparency and alignment.
  5. Drive Business Growth: Analyze goals, leverage Pinterest's ad offerings, and recommend strategies to maximize ROI.
  6. Advertising Technology Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Pinterest's ad products and advise clients on advanced strategies.
  7. Client Satisfaction: Facilitate communication, resolve issues proactively, and ensure professional campaign execution.
  8. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Simplify complex strategies, pitch new solutions, and incorporate continuous improvements.
  9. Organizational Contribution: Support company initiatives such as training programs to empower account management success.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing and growing strategic client accounts with data-driven strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising practices, media, and measurement.
  • Strong consultative skills to identify needs and communicate compelling recommendations.
  • Ability to develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing campaign timelines and client communications.
  • Strong communication skills for maintaining productive relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement

  • This role requires in-person collaboration once per week at our offices in Chicago, IL; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Los Angeles, CA, and must be within a commutable distance.

We value diversity and inclusion. The salary range for this role is $87,584—$180,320 USD, with potential for equity and incentives. Final salary depends on experience, location, and skills.
