We provide civil/site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, A/V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge/roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are looking for a Sr. Civil/Site Engineer | Project Manager to play both key technical and managerial roles in the design, planning, and implementation of site civil design/development projects. You’ll leverage your expertise in site design and creative problem-solving skills while collaborating closely with institutions and municipal agencies. From initial concept development to final plan submittal, you will be involved in all stages of the design process to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Design Lead and/or Project Manager in all aspects of Civil/Site Development Design projects, including data development, technical analysis, permitting, and construction drawings.
• Develop Concept, Layout, Preliminary, and Final Engineering Plans.
• Oversee development of erosion/sediment control plans and utility/utility relocation plans.
• Manage permit applications and serve as the technical expert in site layout, utility and grading plans, stormwater analyses, reports, and permits.
• Perform and oversee civil engineering analyses using various software programs.
• Determine hydrology, develop hydraulic/drainage and stormwater calculations, SWPPPs, and obtain NDPES permits.
• Participate in field observation and inspection of construction activities.
• Communicate with clients regarding deliverables.
• Develop project proposals and cost estimates.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality of work.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Extensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and Project Management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for Civil/Site Design projects.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of Civil/Site Design experience.
• PE license is required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
