We provide civil/site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, A/V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge/roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are seeking a Civil/Site Engineer | Project Manager to fulfill key technical and managerial roles in the design, planning, and implementation of site civil development projects. This role involves collaboration with institutions and municipal agencies, from initial concept development to final plan submission, ensuring seamless project integration and performance.

• This position is based at our new Corporate office in New Albany and involves collaboration within our cross-functional team.
• You will engage in design and management of project aspects, including site visits during design and construction phases.
• You will oversee your projects and support colleagues within our team and company culture.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as Design and/or Project Manager for Civil/Site Development projects:
   • Collaborate with teams and clients to develop data, perform technical analyses, and prepare permits and construction drawings.
   • Develop concept, layout, preliminary, and final engineering plans.
   • Oversee erosion/sediment control plans, utility plans, and manage permit applications.
2. Serve as the technical expert in site layout, utility and grading plans, stormwater analyses, reports, and permits.
3. Perform civil engineering analyses using various software tools.
4. Participate in field observations and inspections during construction.
5. Communicate with clients regarding project deliverables.
6. Develop project proposals and cost estimates.
7. Manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain quality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and team collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of civil/site design experience.
• PE licensure or near completion.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
