Job description

As a Senior Channel Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. The territory you will be accountable for is the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, WY, MT, AK). Preferred location is in the Seattle or Portland area.

In this role, travel is expected to be 50%. You will have a significant impact on the company's success by developing and executing channel sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence through collaboration with channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and guide channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's growth and industry leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance
  3. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with partners to deliver value-added solutions
  4. Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth

The annual base salary range varies by location: in California and New York (excluding major metro areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii, it is $94,000 - $115,000. In Washington and major metro areas of New York & California, it is $100,000 - $120,000. Salary offers consider experience, education, skills, and market factors.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum 5+ years in account management or sales, with a proven record of managing key accounts and driving revenue
  • Experience with BAS and DDC systems
