Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Sr. Buyer in Milpitas, CA to lead procurement activities with a strong emphasis on SAP procurement. The role requires collaboration within AGILE teams and adherence to regulatory standards in FDA/regulated medical device environments.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience; APICS certification is preferred. Competitive hourly pay with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience in FDA/regulatory environments and ISO 9001 Medical Device environments preferred.
• APICS certification or training in purchasing/materials/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with SAP Procurement Module is mandatory.

Skills required JD & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Experience with SAP Procurement Module is a MUST.
• Experience with AGILE is Highly Preferred.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of seven (5) years of relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: working in an FDA regulated environment, experience with ISO 9001 Medical Device environment.
• APICS Trained, Certification in Purchasing, Materials and/or Manufacturing, Member of National Purchasing Association is preferred

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $40.0 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $45.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
