Our Loan Administration team is looking to hire a Senior Business Risk Process Manager supporting the SVB Commercial Division. This position is an individual contributor and will report directly to the Director, Business Risk Process Management within the Loan Administration organization with a dotted line reporting to the Business Risk & Controls Office.
This position will be responsible for the development and execution of first line risk programs, primarily focusing on the design and implementation of a newly created First Line Monitoring Program, with initial emphasis on Commercial Lending and Loan Closing processes. Successful implementation will involve collaboration with the Business Risk & Controls office and Credit Administration to identify and communicate results to Senior Leadership.
The role includes consulting, educating, and supporting the execution of risk programs, promoting risk awareness and ownership across the Bank, while adhering to the Company’s Risk Appetite and Corporate Strategy. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on commercial banking processes and drive accountability and risk culture within the division.
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in relevant fields or High School/GED with 10 years of experience.
