Job Description

Utilize knowledge and analytics to develop and communicate timely, accurate, and actionable insights through modeling, visualization, and optimization. Responsible for reporting, analyzing, and predicting operational processes, performance, and KPIs. Communicate with site leadership, operations, and finance regarding efficiency, customer requirements, and operational insights.

• Apply hindsight, insight, and foresight techniques to communicate complex findings and influence action
• Leverage understanding of business and data structures to identify and solve problems using data
• Use spreadsheets, databases, and relevant software for operational analysis
• Implement data visualization for discovery and timely insights to reduce Cycle Time to Action (CTA)
• Assist site operations in identifying service improvements, cost reductions, and operational enhancements
• Support account start-up analysis and report implementation as needed
• Develop standardized and ad hoc reports for site and customers
• Streamline and automate reporting processes
• Investigate and recommend new technologies and systems
• Conduct feasibility analyses to improve operational efficiency
• Partner with Finance to develop productivity and payroll models, analyze costs, and propose solutions
• Develop predictive models to inform decision-making
• Design and implement data gathering and reporting methods
• Coordinate with Operations Systems group to resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with ILD group on customer solutions modeling, providing data and insights
• Assist in modeling yearly labor budgets based on operational changes

Required Education and Experience

• Undergraduate degree in business, logistics, mathematics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of analytics experience
