Job Description

Utilize knowledge and analytics to develop and communicate timely, accurate, and actionable insights through modeling, visualization, and optimization. Responsible for reporting, analyzing, and predicting operational processes, performance, and KPIs. Communicate with site leadership, operations, and finance regarding efficiency, customer requirements, and business insights.

• Apply hindsight, insight, and foresight techniques to communicate complex findings and influence action
• Leverage understanding of business and data structures to identify and anticipate problems solvable by data
• Use spreadsheets, databases, and relevant software for ongoing analysis of operational activities
• Implement data visualization for discovery and timely insights to reduce Cycle Time to Action (CTA)
• Assist site operations in identifying areas for service improvement, cost reduction, and operational enhancements
• Support analysis and reporting for account start-ups and implementations
• Develop standardized and ad hoc reports for site and customer needs
• Streamline and automate internal and external reporting processes
• Investigate and recommend new technologies and systems as appropriate
• Conduct feasibility analyses to enhance operational efficiency
• Partner with Finance to develop models analyzing productivity and payroll, proposing solutions based on cost-benefit analyses
• Create predictive models to support decision-making
• Design and implement data collection and reporting methods for Operations
• Coordinate with Operations Systems to resolve technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with ILD on customer solution modeling and data provision
• Assist finance and leadership in modeling annual labor budgets based on operational and profile changes

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of analytics experience
