Responsibilities

  • Calendaring: Provide basic daily calendar support to multiple leaders; schedule simple 1:1 to mid-size group meetings using open calendars.
  • Communication Delivery and Management: Greet callers; receive and screen calls; manage and delegate information requests; prepare correspondences using MS Office for presentations, memos, research and proofreading.
  • Meeting Preparation and Management: Create and distribute agendas, send invitations, coordinate and order catering, gather/disseminate meeting materials, arrange audio/visuals.
  • Fiscal Support: Process purchase orders; coordinate with Accounts Payable, Procurement and other fiscal offices; use enterprise software like PeopleSoft/Workday.
  • Technology Application: Stay current on new technologies; operate specialty software and assist leaders as needed.
  • Document Management: Manage paper and electronic records; organize/network drives; protect confidential information; follow records retention policies.
  • Service Delivery: Anticipate leaders’ needs; interact with customers, peers, OhioHealth associates; balance autonomy with teamwork.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Ensure privacy of information; follow privacy, security policies and guidelines.
  • General Office Support: Answer phones, greet visitors; order supplies; maintain and repair office equipment; manage mail distribution.
