OhioHealth is seeking a Business Coordinator in Talent Acquisition to support onboarding of new hires on site at the Blom Administrative Campus. Business Coordinator Talent Acquisition associates are responsible for completion of the onboarding process for new hires. This role is on site at the Blom Administrative Campus (Talent Acquisition Office) and will be expected to leverage multiple systems to complete and ensure compliance for onboarding activities while assisting new hires through the process. This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Preboarding and does not have any supervisory or budget responsibilities.
The Business Coordinator for Talent Acquisition is responsible for assisting new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring that all onboarding steps are completed within service and compliance standards.

Bachelor’s Degree, High School or GED (Required)
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
One to three years of HR or administrative / clerical experience
Strong organizational and time management skills while maintaining a high-level of detail
Ability to provide exceptional customer service; passion for the candidate experience
Strong relationship building skills that demonstrate the ability to be social, engaging, personable, friendly, curious and inquisitive.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making ability
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
