Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analysis related to internal audits, regulatory examinations, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
• Assists in the coordination and management of audit and regulatory exam activities, including information gathering, response development, evidence validation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Performs root cause analysis to identify underlying drivers of issues, complaints, audit findings, and control deficiencies.
• Supports complaint oversight activities through trend analysis, issue identification, and assessment of emerging risks and themes.
• Evaluates the impact of regulatory changes, policy updates, and enterprise requirements on business processes and controls.
• Develops reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries used to monitor emerging themes, audit readiness, complaint trends, and control effectiveness.
• Identifies emerging risks and thematic concerns requiring escalation or management attention.
• Prepares materials and analysis for leadership reviews, governance forums, audits, examinations, and regulatory discussions.

This job is responsible for supporting risk governance, audit and exam activities, regulatory change implementation, and complaint-related oversight across the Financial Center Business Controls organization. Key responsibilities include partnering with business, risk, compliance, audit, and control partners to research, analyze, track, and remediate identified risks and issues; supporting internal audit and regulatory examination activities; monitoring complaint and control-related trends; and ensuring timely execution of corrective actions. Job expectations include conducting analysis, driving accountability for issue resolution, identifying root causes, monitoring regulatory impacts, and supporting a strong risk and control environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the coordination and management of audit and regulatory exam activities, including information gathering, response development, evidence validation, and stakeholder coordination.

Desired Qualifications:

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$71,500.00 - $107,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
