What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge gaps between technical teams and business users
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora
- Familiarity with API integrations, basic SQL, or data validation for cross-system flows
- Background in SaaS or consulting organizations with complex services delivery models
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or IIBA CBAP/CCBA
