Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst - Life & Annuity to join a client-facing team in Austin, TX or New York, NY. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, leading BA workstreams, and coordinating onsite/offshore delivery across product, architecture, engineering and QA.

You will define epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, map processes, and manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life & Annuity business analysis and process knowledge.
• Proficient in elicitation, workshops, user stories and traceability.
• Experience with acceptance criteria, process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead BA workstreams and coordinate onsite with cross-functional teams.
• Strong onsite–offshore coordination and reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and business-process analysis.
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, QA and offshore BA teams.

• Life & Annuity business analysis and process knowledge
• Requirements elicitation, workshops, user stories and traceability
• Acceptance criteria, process mapping and stakeholder management
• Leadership of BA workstream and onsite coordination
• Lead requirements discovery and business-process analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage scope/traceability
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules
• Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, QA and offshore Bas
• In addition, should be able to do the following
• Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
• Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solution
• Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting
• Onsite–offshore coordination across distributed teams
• Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration
• Ability to work independently while following enterprise governance and security standards
