Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Salesforce Advanced Administrator to join our IT Salesforce team in Houston, TX. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable Salesforce solutions, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, documenting processes, building reports and dashboards, and governance documentation to enable enterprise IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and technology solution delivery, including hands-on Salesforce administration and Salesforce project experience.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and business process analysis experience across IT systems and business functions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and security administration.

This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT solution teams, with responsibility for translating business needs into clear requirements, process improvements, and scalable technology solutions across Salesforce and other enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong general business analysis skills, advanced Salesforce administration experience, and a proven ability to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud initiatives.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
