Job summary

Epitec is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise application modernization initiative in Pennsylvania. The role analyzes legacy applications, gathers and documents business requirements, translates them into clear user stories, and coordinates testing and UAT.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of BA experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior BA role, and demonstrate strong Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps/Jira, and stakeholder communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing legacy applications, business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support enterprise application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify existing functionality, dependencies, business rules, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders, developers, project managers, and technical teams through the SDLC.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and support test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for large projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Business Analyst experience, including senior-level responsibility supporting complex technology initiatives.

• Type: Hybrid (2 days a week, one of those days is Wednesdays)
• Duration: 7 Months long
• Pay Range: $62-$65/hr
