Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst performs business systems analysis and project management for multiple IT projects or phases supporting various operational programs or work groups. Responsibilities include workflow customization, system integration, interaction with vendors, external clients, end users, and internal stakeholders. The role involves analyzing and designing system solutions, capturing business and technical requirements, developing specifications, facilitating solution evaluation and selection, executing testing strategies, and providing subject matter expertise in systems analysis processes and tools.

Key duties include implementing and supporting specialized or off-the-shelf applications, eliciting and documenting requirements, analyzing and designing solutions, and recommending operational efficiencies. The role also involves participating in project and vendor management.
