Job description

1. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging large and diverse datasets from multiple sources. Should be fluent in writing DAX and doing performance optimisation of dashboards.
3. SQL Coding: Strong expertise in SQL, preferably on Databricks. PySpark knowledge is good to have.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management, creating compelling PowerPoint decks.
5. Domain: Exposure to the Retail/FMCG industry is preferred
6. Data Governance: Implement and manage data governance policies to ensure data security, integrity, and compliance.
