Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years' experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong data analysis skills with SQL, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
• Ability to translate complex business data into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, business insights, risks, and opportunities that support strategic decision‑making.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Translate business data into actionable recommendations and executive‑level reporting to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop detailed business process models and workflows to support project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet client needs.
• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients during and after project deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, or a Master's degree/MBA and 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Hands‑on experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
• Ability to interpret complex business data and communicate findings effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience defining KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks to support business objectives.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of working on technology and business integration projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Visio, JIRA, MS Office Suite).

Travel Requirements

Travel is required 40‑50% of the year.
