## Senior Business Support CoordinatorApply: US - TX, San Antonio: US - VA, McLean: Full time: Posted Today: 43915**Job Family:**Strategy & Transformation Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 25%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Revenue Cycle Modernization and Innovation (RCMI) team by providing operational coordination, communications support, stakeholder engagement, and administrative oversight across multiple initiatives.* Work closely with leadership, project teams, and clients to facilitate communication, monitor ongoing activities, support decision-making, and help ensure program priorities remain on track.* Coordinate day-to-day business support activities in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on client needs, operational requirements, and organizational objectives.* Assist with tracking action items, deliverables, and timelines to help keep programs and initiatives organized and moving forward.* Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, meeting materials, and other project-related information to support effective execution.* Contribute to stakeholder communications and engagement efforts by helping coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration.* Provide general administrative and operational support to improve efficiency and help the team respond to evolving business needs.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
