Job Summary

The Senior Brand Standards Coach (SBSC) plays a vital role in enhancing the growth and success of our franchise system. The primary responsibilities include conducting Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) evaluations and supporting New Restaurant Openings (NROs). The SBSC leads a team of BSCs, providing coaching, guidance, and managing their time and ROIP activities. Building credibility with franchisees and their teams through operational knowledge, the SBSC offers proactive and honest interactions during restaurant visits, identifying operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. Upholding Papa John’s core values and brand standards, the SBSC drives operational improvements to protect and grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct ROIP evaluations to meet company frequency goals.
2. Interpret, uphold, and enforce brand standards and operational policies.
3. Support successful NROs.
4. Perform franchise calibration visits as required.
5. Assist in testing and rolling out new products.
6. Conduct training for new team members as part of the Management Development Program (MDP) and promotional activities.
7. Drive operational results through restaurant optimization.
8. Coach on improving guest experience, product quality, training, and image to increase profitability.
9. Provide hands-on training and constructive feedback during evaluations.
10. Manage time and territory efficiently.
11. Communicate identified areas for improvement post-visit.
12. Plan travel cost-effectively.
13. Complete administrative tasks promptly.
14. Oversee a team of BSCs, providing guidance, performance feedback, and direction on ROIP execution.
