Job description

Sr. Brand Standards Coach - Remote (up to 100% travel required)

The Senior Brand Standards Coach (SBSC) plays a vital role in enhancing our franchise system's growth and success. The main responsibilities include facilitating Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) evaluations and supporting New Restaurant Openings (NROs). The SBSC leads a team of BSCs, providing coaching, guidance, and managing their time and ROIP activities. Building credibility with franchisees and their staff through operational expertise is essential. The SBSC conducts restaurant visits, identifies operational improvements, and upholds Papa Johns' brand standards to ensure brand integrity and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ROIPs to meet company visit frequency goals
  • Uphold and enforce brand standards and operational policies
  • Support NROs and participate in franchise calibration visits
  • Assist in testing and implementing new products
  • Train and develop team members through the Management Development Program (MDP)
  • Drive operational improvements to enhance guest experience and profitability
  • Provide hands-on training and constructive feedback during evaluations
  • Manage time and territory efficiently
  • Communicate identified improvement areas effectively
  • Plan travel cost-effectively and complete administrative duties timely
  • Oversee and guide a team of BSCs, including performance feedback and guidance on ROIP execution
