Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer for North American Transportation Services in Irving, TX. You will build dashboards and models to enhance delivery performance and identify root causes of issues across multiple teams.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and operations to drive data-driven decisions, communicate insights to senior leaders, and help scale analytics across the transportation network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift/Oracle/NoSQL experience
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• 5+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• Advanced SQL & ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables
• Experience with statistical analytics and programming languages such as R, Python, Ruby, etc.
• Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
• Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
