The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards, within the HR department, oversees the administration of employee and retiree benefit plans and programs. This role involves analyzing health, insurance, and retirement benefits, conducting research, and providing recommendations to senior leadership to facilitate plan improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include implementing program goals, managing communication of benefit plans and wellness campaigns, and supporting compensation topics as needed.
This is a full-time position based in Decatur, IL, or at our headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.
The estimated annual pay range is $80,851.20 - $101,064.00, bonus eligible. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and role responsibilities. During interviews, there will be an opportunity to discuss your fit within this range.
