About the Role

The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards, within HR, oversees the administration of employee and retiree benefit plans. This role involves analyzing health, insurance, and retirement benefits, conducting research, providing recommendations to senior leadership to improve plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include implementing program goals, managing communication of benefits and wellness campaigns, and supporting compensation topics as needed.

This full-time position is based in Decatur, IL, or at our headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan Administration: Manage the administration of health, retirement, and insurance plans for effective operation.
  2. Accuracy and Timeliness: Reconcile and audit benefit plan coverages, resolve vendor issues promptly.
  3. Reporting and Payments: Prepare reports and submit payment requests to vendors.
  4. System & Vendor Integration: Manage Workday system and vendor integrations, ensuring accuracy through testing.
  5. Stakeholder Support: Act as a main contact for plan issues, liaise with providers, and resolve escalated questions.
  6. Communications: Develop and update benefit communication materials, coordinate with Communications team.
  7. Audit and Compliance: Ensure plans comply with regulations, liaise with auditors, and serve as Secretary for committees.
  8. Eligibility Monitoring: Review seasonal workforce eligibility and coverage.
  9. Compensation Support: Assist with compensation topics such as surveys, benchmarking, and bonuses.
About You
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 4+ years in a Benefits-related role.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Thought leadership and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Total Rewards

The annual pay range is $80,851.20 - $101,064.00, bonus eligible. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and role fit, with opportunities to discuss during interviews.
