The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards, within HR, oversees the administration of employee and retiree benefit plans. This role involves analyzing health, insurance, and retirement benefits, conducting research, providing recommendations to senior leadership to improve plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include implementing program goals, managing communication of benefits and wellness campaigns, and supporting compensation topics as needed.
This full-time position is based in Decatur, IL, or at our headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.
The annual pay range is $80,851.20 - $101,064.00, bonus eligible. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and role fit, with opportunities to discuss during interviews.
