What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and support employee inquiries related to the 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Perform regular audits across vendor and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Lead benefits analysis and integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis of 401(k), time off, and financial wellness policies
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize program value and service levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in benefits administration
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions with a focus on employee benefits
- Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state benefits laws
- Proven project management capability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
- Experience overseeing government filings such as Form 5500, SARs, and NDT
- Familiarity with Workday and ADP
- Strong customer service and resolution skills with a collaborative mindset
- High level of integrity and independent decision-making ability
