Overview

Client is looking for a senior business analyst who can guide and lead an existing 5‑member BA team. Experience in Actimize and Alert/Case Management systems is required. The analyst will work with the Fraud Line of Business and operations teams to identify pain points, document possible solutions, and introduce automation/AI solutions available in the market to reduce manual effort. The role serves as the go‑to person from a Scrum Master perspective for all business analyst work. This position operates in a hybrid model with day shifts and focuses on translating business needs into actionable insights to drive company success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Actimize solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
