We are seeking an experienced Java Actimise Developer to design, develop, and deliver alert generation and case management workflows using the Actimise Suite. The role involves migrating legacy scenarios to a strategic architecture, implementing Actimise models, and contributing to a technology-driven transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will have strong Core Java, Actimise RCM expertise, and solid database skills, along with the ability to mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver alert generation and case creation workflows using Actimise
- Migrate legacy scenarios and processes to strategic Actimise architecture
- Understand and implement strategic solutions and identify tactical solutions when required
- Develop high-quality code aligned with requirements and design documents
- Customize and configure Actimise RCM components
- Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance performance
- Collaborate with leadership to support technology‑led transformation initiatives
- Leverage DevOps practices to automate testing and deployments
- Proactively acquire knowledge through internal and external learning sources
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Core Java development
- Strong experience with Actimise Suite (RCM, Case Management, SAR)
- Strong understanding of AIS concepts and Actimise models
- Expertise in RCM suite customization and administration
- Proficiency in RCM development including Alert Types, Views, DART, Workflows
- Experience with RCM Plugin Development and Actimise Scheduler
- Strong database skills including SQL, stored procedures, and query tuning
- Solid understanding of Service Design concepts, Object‑Oriented and Functional programming
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux infrastructure
- Familiarity with financial market data
- Strong analytical skills and self‑starter mindset
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Knowledge of Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
