Job summary

• Support application performance and operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems.
• Investigate defects, incidents, and performance issues in collaboration with support and operations teams.
• Ensure security and compliance.
• Follow secure coding practices and cloud security standards.
• Apply least-privilege access, secrets management, and data protection controls.
• Mentor and guide team members.

Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year
