Jobot in Jonesboro, GA is seeking a seasoned Sr. Attorney to join our legal team in a permanent on-site role.

The attorney will handle all phases of litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases including truck and auto accidents and medical malpractice. Qualified candidates have a JD, Georgia Bar membership, at least 5 years of litigation experience, and proven trial experience as first or second chair.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury.
• First chair/second chair trial experience.
• Expertise in tort law including truck/auto accidents and medical malpractice.
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle multiple cases.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception to disposition, including trial preparation, motions, and appellate work.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Must be self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
