Job Summary

The Sr. Associate, Business Management Support, leads and provides guidance to the Central Banking Operations team in project planning and management to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Responsibilities include supporting end-to-end project activities such as reporting, planning, risk management, scope management, and documentation for funded and BAU projects. The role involves collaboration with incident management to resolve issues swiftly and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Act as the primary contact with the PMO supporting Central Banking Operations.
• Manage project deliverables from initiation through closure.
• Develop project communications, dashboards, and reports.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Participate in project meetings to represent business stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and outcomes to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate project status and changes to stakeholders.

Strategic and Incident Management

• Assist in developing strategic plans and project scope.
• Contribute to annual project planning and prioritization.
• Support issue management and incident resolution processes.
• Maintain incident reports and develop monthly issue impact reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Project Management experience.
• 9+ years of experience in consumer operations.
• 7+ years managing multiple projects with cross-dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and technical systems.

Additional Information
