Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for the New Verticals Central Ops pod to own scoping, go-to-market, and iteration of product features that improve order quality and selection across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.

You will collaborate with Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams on high-impact initiatives, and own metrics to drive meaningful business results. This is an individual contributor role requiring ownership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, food & beverage, high-growth startups, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, go-to-market, and iteration of cutting-edge product features for New Verticals Central Ops to improve order quality and selection across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, ML and Product teams on high-impact operational and product initiatives.
• Own metrics and drive improvements end-to-end, building and launching operational processes at scale.
