DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for the New Verticals Central Ops team in Washington, DC, to drive strategic and operational initiatives across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail deliveries.

You will analyze data, set quarterly plans, and partner with ML, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to improve order quality and selection. The role emphasizes ownership, fast iteration, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, food & beverage, or high-growth startups.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to talk to customers and interpret feedback.
• Proficient in SQL; comfortable with Excel and data visualization.
• Bachelor’s Degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to drive business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strategize by owning metrics and quarterly/annual plans to push the business forward.
• Lead cross-functional work streams with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers to build best-in-class features.
• Own products and processes end-to-end and motivate teammates to deliver above expectations.
