The Senior Associate Director of Residence Life at The Pennsylvania State University provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Residence Life across multiple campuses, serving 20,000 residents and 350 student leaders. The role advances student success, wellbeing, and belonging through staff supervision, crisis response, and collaboration with Campus partners.

• Master's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• No professional certifications required.
• Must participate in an on-call duty rotation and be able to be on site within 45 minutes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the department-wide point of contact for residential conduct and liaison to the Office of Student Accountability and Conflict Response.
• Supervise two Associate Directors, Senior Assistant Director for Student Accountability and Conflict Response, and a Conduct and Care Case Manager.
• Assist Senior Director in setting department direction and managing a $17M budget; collaborate on strategic priorities.
• Lead staff meetings, training, and policy development for Residence Life.
