About The Team

The Platform team is DoorDash’s hyper-growth business segment focused on revolutionizing the “first-party” digital experiences for Merchants and their Customers. The DoorDash Platform includes digital ordering, websites & apps, delivery fulfillment, and more. Our goal is to empower Merchants to reach and retain Customers while maintaining their brand identity.

About The Role

As a Sr. Associate Solutions Architect on the Commerce Platform Strategy & Operations team, you will drive growth across our products and services. You will be a founding member of the Solutions Architect function, guiding merchants on how the DoorDash Commerce Platform fits into their business, team, and tech infrastructure, becoming an expert in both our offerings and enterprise restaurant tech stacks.

Your responsibilities include acting as a growth consultant and execution partner for enterprise restaurants post-launch, helping optimize their digital channels to increase sales through experimentation, analysis, and marketing.
