Our client, a wellness brand, is looking for a Strong Sr Art Director with photo and video experience for Branded Campaigns.

Candidates must be local to SoCal and able to be on-site for meetings as needed.

Candidates who do not live in California will not be considered.

This is a Temp to perm role.

Pay: $65/hr (W2), possibly flexible for the right experience and skillset.

Responsibilities:

1. Translate creative briefs into culturally relevant visual storytelling while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines from concept through delivery.
2. Lead photo and video production, including pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production. Apply strong photography skills, including lighting and retouching, to meet brand standards.
3. Refine and streamline creative processes to enhance team efficiency.
4. Mentor junior creatives, lead teams, work cross-functionally while providing feedback and fostering growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Conduct research on industry trends and cultural movements to inspire creative concepts.

Requirements:

1. 8-10 years of experience as a creative in in-house and ad agency environments leading 360 campaigns.
2. Figma experience required! Also required: CaptureOne, Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike.
